Pricing questions
Is it really priced per student, not per staff member?
Yes. Staff accounts are unlimited on every plan and parent access is never charged per guardian. A school should not pay more for keeping families informed or for giving a teacher a login.
What happens if our roll grows mid-year?
Pricing is banded rather than counted daily, so normal in-year movement does not change your invoice. Bands are reviewed annually.
Do we have to take every module?
Modules are grouped into the plans above, and on the Full Platform tier you select what you switch on. Most schools begin with the student record, attendance and admissions, then add the rest.
Is migration charged separately?
Historic data migration is included from the Growth plan upward. On Full Platform the implementation is quoted once against actual scope rather than folded into the recurring fee.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. Starter is a working student record for up to 100 students, not a countdown. Small nurseries run on it indefinitely.
Can we move between plans?
Yes, in both directions. Moving up is immediate; moving down applies at renewal so nothing is lost mid-year.
What if our roll is far above 1,000?
That is the Full Platform tier, and pricing is quoted against your actual roll. Schools in the several-thousand range are the reason it is banded rather than a fixed rate.
