Can transfer certificates be produced from the system?
Yes. They are generated from the student record, so the details match what the school holds rather than being re-typed into a template.
What happens to our historic records?
They migrate with the current ones. A record that begins on the migration date is not much use when someone requests a history, so historic data comes across and is reconciled before go-live.
We have years of duplicates. Is that a problem?
It is normal, and it is handled during migration: duplicates and near-duplicates are surfaced for you to review rather than silently merged or silently kept.
