These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms under which a school uses the Sync School 360 platform — that is a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement governs.

Accepting these terms

By using sync.school you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by CloudSync Technologies LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates.

What this site is for

This website describes the Sync School 360 platform and lets you contact us about it. It is not the platform, and nothing on it grants access to the platform or to any school data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, overload or disrupt the site.
  • Submit false information, another person’s details without their permission, or anything unlawful through our forms.
  • Copy, republish or resell the site’s content without written permission.

Accuracy of what is described here

We describe the platform as accurately as we can, and we deliberately use capability language for functionality that is in development rather than implying it is already deployed at your school. Even so, product descriptions on a marketing site are not a contractual specification. What a school actually receives is defined by its signed agreement and the scope agreed during implementation. If a specific capability is decisive for you, ask us to confirm it in writing before committing.

Pricing on this site

This site does not publish rates. Any figure we give you in a quote is valid for the period stated in that quote and is subject to the scope it describes. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

Intellectual property

The content, design, branding and code of this site belong to CloudSync Technologies LLC or its licensors. The Sync School 360 and CampusTrack names and marks are ours. Curriculum and examination board names referred to on this site belong to their respective organisations and are used descriptively — their use does not indicate any affiliation, endorsement or accreditation.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
