What this covers
This policy covers sync.school, the Sync School brand site. The CampusTrack and Scholyn platforms that schools log in to are governed by the data-processing agreement signed with the school, not by this page.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you email or call, we hold your name, contact details and what you wrote, so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. This site does not run a contact form of its own — enquiries reach us by email or phone, or through the form on a product site, which has its own notice.
Analytics
We measure aggregate traffic to understand which pages are useful. We do not build profiles of individuals and we do not sell data to anyone.
Where it is processed
Enquiry data is held on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit. Where the processing region or a service provider sits outside the UAE, the transfer carries the safeguards UAE PDPL Article 22 requires, and a data-processing addendum naming the current regions is available on request.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Your rights
Under UAE PDPL you can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Email sales@cloudsync.ae and we will respond within one working day.
