Who we are

Sync School 360 is operated by CloudSync Technologies LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. For anything in this policy you can reach us at hello@sync.school.

What this website collects

Only what you send us and what is needed to keep the site working:

• Details you enter in a contact or demo form — name, work email, phone, school name, role, roll size, curriculum and your message.
• Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site available.
• Cookie-based analytics, only where you have consented. You can change that choice at any time.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo or quote.
• To follow up about that enquiry. We do not add you to unrelated marketing without asking.
• To protect the site from abuse and automated submissions.
• To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate, where you have consented to analytics.

Student data is different

Where a school uses the platform, the records inside it — student, family, medical, assessment and safeguarding data — belong to that school. The school decides what is collected, who may see it and how long it is kept. We process it only to provide the service, under the school’s written agreement, and we do not use it for our own purposes, do not sell it, and do not use it to train models.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery and abuse prevention — and only to the extent they need it. Those providers are bound by contract to protect it. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Platform data for schools is held in UAE-based infrastructure. Website enquiry data is held in the UAE and processed by systems located there. Where a service provider operates outside the UAE, we require safeguards appropriate to the data involved.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Platform data is retained according to the school’s own retention settings and their agreement with us.

Your rights

Under UAE data protection law you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Contact hello@sync.school and we will respond within a reasonable period. If your request concerns data held by a school on their platform, we will direct you to that school, since it is theirs to decide.

Children

This website is intended for school staff and administrators, not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this website. Data about students inside the platform is provided by the school, which is responsible for the lawful basis on which it does so.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Where the change affects a school’s use of the platform, we will notify the school directly rather than relying on a website update.
