Sync School 360 is the student and academic platform from CloudSync Technologies. It exists because the schools we already work with kept asking the same question: the staff side is handled — what about the students?
Where this came from
CloudSync builds workforce and school systems for organisations in the UAE. Our school work started on the staff side — attendance, records and compliance for school employees — and that product, CampusTrack, is in daily use.
Working inside schools makes one thing obvious quickly: the student side is usually held together by a much older system, or by a system built for a different country, or by an unreasonable number of spreadsheets. Registrars re-key data that already exists. Report cards get assembled by hand from three sources. A student who joins in February gets a record that never quite catches up.
Sync School 360 is the deliberate answer to that. It is a separate product with a separate purpose: CampusTrack holds the employee record, Sync School 360 holds the student record. Schools that use both get one ecosystem; schools that need only one are not made to take the other.
How we build
The school year decides the schedule
Software calendars are negotiable; term dates are not. Rollouts, migrations and changes are sequenced around your academic calendar, not around a release plan.
Configured, not adapted
Two schools on the same curriculum still report differently. Grading scales, assessment points and report cycles are configuration, not a customisation project quoted separately.
Your data stays yours
Export in open formats whenever you ask, including if you leave. A student system that makes leaving difficult is holding data hostage, and we would rather earn the renewal.
Honest about what exists
We would rather tell you a module is not ready than demonstrate something that is not. Schools discover the truth during implementation anyway, and that is the worst possible moment.
